People get stuck in their business and life. This is not shocking news.
Success is a process.
In my years of success coaching, I’ve noticed common challenges.
I’m going to tell you what they are. But first… I’m going to tell you what’s in the secret sauce to my success coaching.
As a success coach, I assist people to break down cause and effect relationships. Together, we look at the events that shaped the behaviors causing a challenge.
Yes, I teach business, prospecting, and closing skills too…
But emotional skills are the key to success.
In my success coaching, I teach them to no longer be the mind-body connection to events that shaped their feelings. I teach my clients how to let go of the past. My clients learn to find peace in their life. They become emotionally resilient.
Cause and Effect
Do you hold on to situations that no longer serve you? If you do, you are living in cause and effect.
If you aren’t living up to your potential, there’s a reason.
You have to start asking yourself why.
If your answers are…
“I’m not sure.”
“I don’t know why I do this.”
“I don’t know why I ate the whole pint of ice cream.”
“I don’t know why my romantic partners cheat on me.”
These answers are denial.
There is a cause. It’s your job to uncover it. If you can’t uncover the cause on your own, success coaching might be for you. (If you struggle with limiting beliefs, check out my blog: Uncover The Cause Of Your Limiting Beliefs.)
Most people live in the effect. They do the same thing over and over.
It takes emotional awareness of why you do what you do to uncover the cause.
Events in your life shape your feelings. They create your identity.
In my success coaching, I’ve found there are common effects people live in. That’s why they seek me out. As promised, I’m going to let you in on the most common reasons people seek success coaching.

8 Step Breakthrough Process
STEP 1: IDENTIFY STRUGGLE
Identify the areas in your life where you tend to struggle. What areas stand out the most? Then identify any of the habits that are holding you back. Uncover where the problems lie.
STEP 2: UNCOVER WHY YOU DO WHAT YOU DO
Uncover why you do what you do. Look at your behaviors. Start to make connections from events that happened in your past. How were you conditioned to behave growing up? Look at your story and your family’s story. Until you know why you do what you do, you won’t be able to change.
STEP 3: UNCOVER ADDICTIONS AND LIMITING BELIEFS
Confront your addictive behaviors and tendencies. These can be emotional and physical addictions. Understand how you perpetuate situations to receive a payoff. Uncover your limiting beliefs. Your limiting beliefs are what sabotage your ability to break through. If you don’t believe you can break through… how can you break through?
STEP 4: CLAIM YOUR POWER OVER YOUR EMOTIONAL STATE
Take responsibility for your feelings. Let go of blame. A person may have wronged you, but your reactions and feelings are your responsibility. The story you create is your responsibility. Learn to respond instead of reacting to negative emotions. This is how you claim your power.
STEP 5: LETTING GO
Break the cycle. It’s where you begin to let go of your old identity. Commit to creating a new one. The power of decision means you take responsibility for your breakthrough.
STEP 6: RECONDITIONING YOUR MIND
Recondition your brain to create a new mind. Change your beliefs. Create a new dialogue with yourself. You create your vision and set goals to achieve it. Become a goal-getter. Act with a sense of urgency.
STEP 7: BUILDING EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE
Improve your emotional resilience. Let go of being a victim. Take responsibility for your role in adverse situations. Be solution oriented. Remember to breathe and stay present. Relapsing into overwhelm keeps you stuck.
STEP 8: RAISING YOUR LEVEL OF CONSCIOUS AWARENESS
Raise your awareness by thinking about your thinking. This is called meta-cognition. Be conscious of triggers and temptations. Your level of emotional awareness determines your ability to break through.
It’s easier to break through when you have the formula to follow. After 20+ years of coaching and speaking… I’ve fine-tuned the art of guiding people through the breakthrough process. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel! Follow the 8 steps. Start your breakthrough process now!
