If you’re a chronic worrier, you love the familiar. I mean, why would you want would you want to step into that scary place called The Unknown? You like predictability. New challenges are way too scary because you have no idea what is going to happen or if you can handle it.
Besides…
It’s going to take you a few days, weeks or months to make a decision. I mean, your going to have to get insight from your significant other, your neighbor, your mom, the dog catcher and the mail carrier before you could ever make a decision.
Really… what if you make the wrong decision. That would be terrible. Your life would be over!
But seriously, if you find that you are a Chronic Worrier, it can really inhibit your ability to move forward in life. Chronic worrying is a form of procrastination. It’s about control.
