Today, I’m going to share some tools and affirmations that will allow you to improve and enhance your self-esteem, your awareness, and your level of consciousness.

Success is a journey and success is a process.

It’s not a payoff. It’s not what you get… It’s what you become that matters.

Affirmations of thought will expedite your personal growth. This should be part of your game plan. In other words, changing what you think and what you speak… changing your thoughts and using the right ones can assist you in creating your reality.

Thought coupled with action creates your destiny.

Bad thoughts and no action create your dungeon.

Your thoughts create your self-image. This is really how you project yourself. That is why it is so paramount that you are careful what you think…

… BECAUSE what you think about, you bring about—both good and bad.

It’s either fear or faith.

And it’s a choice.

It takes just as much effort to frown as it does to smile. In life, most people let the tail wag the dog and then life controls them.

So take charge now. Tell yourself you are sick and tired of being sick and tired! If you’re not where you deserve to be, take action now.


Taking Charge

Think about this…

“At the end of each day, you should play back the tapes of your performance. The results should either applaud or prod you.” –Jim Rohn

What this means is you have to become aware of what you do, how you think, and how you feel daily. Success is achieved by action takers. Using affirmations will assist you to program your mind to achieve the life you deserve.

Using affirmations programs you for success. This process identifies and focuses on your most important values. It also can boost your problem-solving abilities when you are stressed.

Here’s what I want you to understand…

Your thoughts make chemicals. If you have positive thoughts, then you’re producing chemicals that make you feel positive. If you have negative, angry, or fearful thoughts, you are going produce chemicals to make you feel how you are thinking.

So, how do you want to think and feel?

If you’ve ever been to one of my events, I teach how you can become neuro-chemically addicted to a set of feelings that becomes your mood and then part of your personality. So when you begin to use affirmations, you are breaking the pattern of your old self and old patterns of thinking. You are rewiring your brain for success.

Affirmations are a powerful tool. Here is a simple way you can begin incorporating them into your life…

As you begin your day, clear your mind by taking 3 deep belly breaths.  Say your affirmations slowly and clearly. Repeat them 3-5 times focusing on the meaning. As you finish, once again take 3 deep belly breaths to let them settle into your being.

When you begin to change your thoughts, you can change your life! There’s no time like the present to get started!


Speak Success into Existence

Here are a few Success Affirmations you can use to achieve your dreams:

Every day I wake up to more abundance.

I am able to ask for what I deserve.

I am in tune with infinite intelligence. It works with me and through me.

The more I support prosperity into others, the more it comes back to me and the more I send it back to the universe. There is an endless supply.

I no longer live in poverty consciousness. Life is not a struggle. Life is a journey. On the path to success, I deserve to have it all.

Abundance comes to me easily.

I achieve tremendous results without struggle. I always follow the path of least resistance.

I attract people I can prosper with. I achieve tremendous results effectively without struggle.
