This is a way to temporarily avoid pain, yet this behavior eventually leads to the pain of disappointment.
Fifteen to twenty percent of adults routinely put off activities that would best be accomplished as soon as possible. Procrastination is an effect, not a cause. To begin to let go of your procrastination it is important that you understand why you procrastinate.
